My order was shipped to the wrong state and was never seen from again. I contacted them almost a week after it was supposed to have been delivered to ME and got a refund. Likely as not it was FedEx that messed up, still left a bad taste in my mouth. Their customer service won me as a customer though, so I will be back, but this order was not a good experience.
