This was my first time ordering on-line for personal pick-up. The total order took over two weeks, but I wasn't sure if that was due to COVID and/or the ammo shortage. Long story short, while I did recieve a "shipped" email notification shortly after my order, I never received a text letting me know the order was ready for pick-up. Zoe contacted me by email to see if I was still interested in the order. Once that was established, I was there the next morning. From Zoe's email Monday to pick-up yesterday morning, everything was definitely FIVE STARS. Zoe was totally helpful and the ammo appeared in the back of my car as advertised after a brief wait. I guess somehow the text fell through the cracks. My number is correct in my account. No crisis. I'll do the on-line/personal pick up again. I look forward, as I'm sure y'all do to the day when your showroom opens again.
