While waiting for order to ship, rec email to confirm billing n mailing address unable to reach customer service x4 calls set email, never received order, still waiting, no offer to replace no refund till investigation is done... Due to delays in customer service all by email experience is not good, will look elsewhere when the lost package is found n delivered or determined to be lost and refunded, as of now I am stuck in limbo. NO blame for lost package its out of ur hands, the lack of replacement is lack of customer service. NEVER DELIVERED LOST TO DATE.
