Purchasing was easy and a good deal, but shipping has been a nightmare. Received an email instructing me to confirm my address before my order can be delivered by calling, despite my confirmation of the differing billing and shipping addresses while placing the order. I have called several times to be met with an answering machine, and have not talked to an actual person about it yet. I have been waiting for practically a month, with updates being few and far between, and very vague and not particularly useful. I ordered my ammunition early for the express purpose of it arriving before my rifle, but am still waiting. The rifle had a delay in shipping but adhered to the company estimate. I understand that things are slower and more chaotic as a result of COVID-19, but a month seems excessive, especially for an order of over $100.
