Poor customer service. Received an email about needing to verify that it was actually me. Tried calling as the email looked extremely sketchy. Left several voice-mail with with no call back. Only way I got a call from them was to write an email to customer service and tell them how poor customer service was and left my phone number. However once they verified the email came from them and I verified it was me. They had my order to me quickly and undamaged.
