I put in an order contingent on having the 2 products on the order shipped to me.
1 arrived in time, and the other was never delivered.
Nor was it refunded.
I am out $40.00+ for a product I never received.
The support staff were nice, but gave me a 10 day window that they would take to address the issue, and give a refund.
The refund never happened, and today is day 11.
I paid for the expedited shipping, over-box fee, and the package insurance.
None of the 3 helped with my scenario.
The 2nd product was on the packing label, but was never included in the box.
At this point I don't want any of the order.
I understand mistakes happen, but I do feel aggravated that the issue still hasn't been addressed.
