I placed my order on July 26, card was billed next day. I didn't receive any updates till I emailed 10 days later. I was told "website states wait 7-10 days" and my order updated just a few min later. It sat "waiting for UPS" for several days and finally shipped. Of the 6 items ordered 2 were wrong, I reported and sent in pictures and info I was asked to send. Only response I have gotten is "allow 10 days for investigation". What ya'll doing solving crimes of the century.
