On 7/23 I ordered 5 bottles of Trailboss powder. On 8/3 the package arrived. Inside the package was 5000 large rifle magnum primers. I contacted customer support. They requested 10 days to investigate and he problem. On 8/18 I still had no resolution. On 8/20 I contacted them again. Still no resolution because they couldn’t figure out how to return the HazMat shipment. On 8/26 I was asked to keep the primers for a small fee. I explained that I don’t have a firearm that uses those primers and that I’d really like what I ordered more than a month earlier. On 8/27 I received an email saying they were refunding my money. No word on what to do with the primers I can’t even use. No attempt to get the powder that I ordered. On 8/29 I received an email from UPS asking me to check with my neighbors to see if my package had mistakenly delivered to the wrong house. This company wasted 5 weeks of my time and then tried to file a fraudulent lost package claim. At least they refunded my money. I would not recommend this company as they do not operate with integrity.
