Item took 16 days to ship but I understand the current circumstances. The item went out of stock right after I ordered it. So after 14 days of waiting I contacted them twice via email to make sure I wasn't waiting on a back ordered item. Never got a response. Impossible to reach by phone. Item finally shipped 16 days after ordered. Basically I'm only upset with the lack of communication.
