Order arrived poorly packed. Match ammo was spilled out of boxes. Waxy coating now covered in cardboard fibers from packing. I contacted customer service and requested replacement ammo. Got a quick email that said “sorry” and how this was unacceptable and a claim was filed for me and now... “ crickets”. Not impressed with the response of this company.
