Very disappointing. I understand that order volume is high and inventory is limited but your site advertises Live inventory, fast shipping, and great service. It took 16 days to notify me that my order was cancelled. Furthermore part of my order is in stock. Why was the in-stock portion of my order not shipped? Or why wasn't a substitution offered? Instead, my entire order was cancelled after 16 days. I reached out to customer service requesting that the part of my order that is in stock be fulfilled and that the other portion of my order be substituted but my communication has been ignored by outdoor limited. Very disappointing and poor experience.
