Order was a week old and when we contacted to cancel they said it can’t be canceled and then sent us an email with shipping info. I asked if I can refuse the shipment. Outdoor said I can but I will not be credited shipping. BUT.. it hasn’t even left yet. That was a Friday. It sat all weekend and wasn’t even picked up till Monday. Why couldn’t it be canceled while it was still there? We had to watch the delivery to refuse shipment. When it was returned they did credit the product minus the freight bill. BUT... it still sat there till the next business day. Still don’t get that. Not the level of customer service we provide where I work.
