Day after I placed order I realized I had ordered 12 gauge shells instead of 20 gauge. I emailed customer service and asked to change order and was told no changes could be made after order was placed. I emailed back and stated my displeasure with your companies inability to try and correct my mistake. No one replied and obviously you do not care about even trying to satisfy the customer. Very bad way of doing business. I will tell anyone I can not to do business with your company because of you lack of concern for the customer.
