Stout Adventure (Ski, Raft, Climb)
Not straight forward about actual delivery costs. Pays $860 for a backpack & $60 for shipping only to get a surprise $180 extra charge before UPS would actually delivered. You never know what UPS will tack on to actually get the item delivered but you won't find out until they try to deliver the item. It could be $200, but who knows, it could be the cost of the item. It's a total role of the dice and makes the company worthless. Customer support was garbage when I brought this up.
