I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Oveds.
I have tried contacting through various channels to let you know that there was an item missing in our order and no response was provided.
I would appreciate if someone can get in touch to issue a refund or process my order. If I don't hear back I will be writing a very honest review of my experience with Oveds.
