Ordered vaccination on a Monday for express shipping which included insulated box and cold pack. Received notification on Tuesday it was shipped. Waited at home on Wednesday so I could unpack and put in refrigerator. Arrived just after 9am and the cold pack was barely cold along with the vaccination. We live in qld in summer....1 tiny cold pack is not enough especially when paying so much for postage
