When I discovered that Oveds price for a product that we needed was VERY significantly cheaper than we could find elsewhere I thought that I would purchase the product and pick it up the same day. However I had not known of the policy to provide 3 day's notice before pick up but when I contacted the company to advise that we were in town only for the day they moved heaven and earth to arrange for me to collect it that very morning. I cannot reccommend this company highly enough for their determination to help their customers if they possibly can.
