Although the products are good value, the warehouse procedures need improvement. For my past two orders, I have been sent Plaque Off for dogs despite the invoice clearly stating Plaque Off for cats. I was also sent the incorrect quantity last time. It meant I had to each time go to the post office to return the wrong product. They are of course most apologetic but I hope they become more efficient.
