I can't fault my experience with shopping online with Oxford. Although I haven't received my item yet, I had immediate confirmation, notification within 24hrs of dispatch and a timeframe for delivery within 3 days in the first 24hrs. You can't complain about that. In terms of the site, it was extremely easy to purchase the item, very user-friendly online shopping experience and good returns policy if the purchase isn't right. Can't fault the experience it was exceptional.
