I had bought a jacket as a gift but didn't find out that it didn't fit until well after the theoretical return date. I returned the jacket anyway (obviously unworn but for the trying-on process) and got my refund soon after. Now I have the confirmed refund I have purchased the next size up and am awaiting that to arrive. Good on you Oxford. Keep up the good work!
