Felicity has been so wonderful when I collected the order, it made me want to shop some more… she and Yang have been both so helpful when I went to exchange the shoe for a bigger size. The customer service was superb. Felicity’s warm approach to customer and Yangs patience to looking for stuff are qualities every retail person should have. Delighted to go back to Macquarie Shopping centre-Oxford bec of these two lovely people.
