I have just had a very positive experience with a purchase I made with Oxford. Firstly, the communication is excellent, keeping me up to date with regard to when my purchase has been sent. Secondly, I emailed Oxford shortly after making my purchase as I noticed I had a $30 credit. When asked if I could apply this to my order, Matilda contacted me advising that this amount was subtracted from the purchase amount. Thank you Matilda for the quick response, I really appreciate it.
