Took more than 24hrs to get a response for support - tried calling twice, both times noone was there and was told someone would call me - they didn't. Even the online bot took more than a day to respond...
And then it advised that I was unable to partpay for the cart using an 'ultimate' gift card and the balance with credit card. So had to buy Oxford gift cards, one at a time, which I can then use with a credit card to cover the full value of the cart - what a mess! Still waiting for the egift cards to arrive....
