Absolute bottom barrel service, PROOF of manipulation and incompetence
Lost a bundle with Ox. Gigantic pip spreads, inconsistent data, trading platform just frozen for hours at a time. Brought it all up to them asking for remuneration, they gave me every wrong excuse in the book. Proved it all to them with data AND video evidence and they still gave inconsistent / erroneous / conflicting answers. Borderline criminal, in my opinion
Pass as hard as you can on this company.
