Absolutely terrible support. No replying to emails, not able to chat to anyone at support. Wanted to deposit FIAT got a request for EDD a month ago after I have KYC lvl 2. So I did it right aways. Now I have been waiting for a month, they do not reply to anything. Had been using the platform for year. No way to treat your client. You are chasing them away. And I actually don't know why you are not allowing me to get my profit out, even with my investment money too. PS: This above review was posted 8/9/2024, I just have a solution to all my problems on this platform yesterday, FOSTERBOON.ORG is the company that swung into action and got my money out yesterday.
