Absolutely terrible support. No replying to emails, not able to chat to anyone at support. Wanted to deposit FIAT got a request for EDD a month ago after I have KYC lvl 2. So I did it right aways. Now I have been waiting for a month, they do not reply to anything. Had been using oxtrades.com for a year. No way to treat your client. You are chasing them away. And I actually don't know why they didn’t allow me get my profit out plus my investment money. Happy i was able to contact FosterBoon .Org who swung into action and got my money out.
