Having purchased two of these items, one failed to work a month after purchase, with OXAROO replying to the complaint, with what appeared to be a standard generic response to return it for checking.
Despite several more emails sent to them to discus the return system , packing as original disposed off and fault, they failed to reply to any of them to-date.
It’s also unclear if a warranty exists, other than the thirty day return policy.
