When I called to talk with them they would not answer my question about the price or cost of services and continued to barrage me with offers, options, and what they could add on. When I explained that I really just needed someone to write a simple book I was passed to an 'Expert' who became very short with me, and asked me "so how much can you give us today?" When I said I still wanted to check some options, and that I wasn't ready he dismissed me and hung up on me, while I'm sure they are great at what they do, their sales team needs some serious personability skills.
