"I would give this book publishing company ZERO stars if I could. I faced multiple issues during the publishing process. My book was sent to Amazon and other e-book/Paperback/Hardcover retailers with no spine. I had to order author copies of my book from Amazon to prove to them that my book was indeed missing a spine. They kept telling me that the spine was there when it was not. It took weeks to get that corrected. Although I paid for my book to be edited, it was never done. I also paid for QR codes that I have not received to this day, almost two years later. When I’m solicited by them again to let them publish another book for me, I ask about my QR codes, and the conversation abruptly ends; hence, as I say to this day, after 2 years, no QR codes. This is not a company based in the US. It's a call center in India, and you will never speak with an American. My first publishing assistant, her accent was so thick, I literally could not understand her. I was placed with another male assistant and was told, “She is doing something else.” I do not recommend them."
