I had ordered 10 x 10 packets of Black Metallic Bubble Mailers 320 x 450 x 50MM however when the order arrived all were metallic blue? I have regularly ordered From your company and each time I order I always have an issue. The last time I ordered I received the wrong quantity of mailers. There were 20 packets missing and I had to reach out and request the remaining mailers to be sent. I was then informed that there were no more mail is in stock. If the team are communicated this I would’ve understood however no one reached out by email or phone. I would request that someone contact me regarding my latest issue and compensate me accordingly
