Terrible - ordered packaging 2 weeks ago and keep getting failed delivery text messages from their courier "DX" - absolutely terrible system - no one available to talk to - even live chat with a bot had no-one available! No one at DX or Packaging Chimp able to clarify why the courier not delivering and just sending failed delivery messages and no one able to let me know when I will actually get my order. I now urgently need packaging and my order shipments to my clients are now being delayed as a result - save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere with better courier service system in palce
