I had just missed the cut off time for next day delivery, but I rang to check and see if there was anything they could do. The lady was very helpful and said she would watch the order come through and ensure it made the courier collection that day (only 20 minutes to go). The order arrived as promised the next day and we could not be happier with the service or product provided. Thank you!
