My initial contact was via the internet, the sums did not add up correctly with the discount. I called the company they were very helpful in taking my order over the phone.
Unfortuntly when the order arrived one of the blankets and packing tapes had gone missing, also, the was only a small piece of bubble wrap in the box rather than a roll. The box appeared to have been opened. The company did not hesitate with replacing the missing items immediately. The packing blankets are of excellent quality.
