Delivery arrived on time however it had been flimsily packaged and the outer box was badly bashed. The bag containing the tape, marker pen, tissue, and bubble wrap had fallen out and luckily the driver noticed in his van. On opening the box, 10 boxes were missing. I paid £61 for the deluxe 2-3 bed house moving pack and received just 20 tiny and medium sized boxes. Barely enough to pack a single room. Calls to the company have gone unanswered, as has my support ticket. In addition, the marker pen supplied is cheap and not fit for purpose - it's yellow/orange so you can't see it on the boxes. The bubble wrap was just a messy bundle rather than a roll. This isn't the "deluxe" product id expected and I'm shocked at the customer service. The stress it has caused - and expense - before my move is too much! I won't ever order from here again or recommend them.
