Do not use this company, the bubble wrap was the wrong size, the wine boxes had no inserts ( just a box ), the wardrobe boxes were flimsy and damaged with no tops, and the tape refused to stick on them. The brown parcel tape had a lot of air bubbles in. I telephoned their " customer help line " and was told to email my complaint with photo's.How you photo something you have not received I am not sure ? Days later I was told their quality control team would be in touch. Did not happen. I will have moved by the time these matters have been resolved. Not impressed.
