Shipping has been an issue with Pactimo.
USPS is horrible in general (not your fault) but not getting updates on delivery issues is bad. You didn't know there were issues until I told you.
Getting a replacement order sent out took too long and again I had to facilitate the process and that should be your job.
Material fits well and what I expected.
