Pactimo makes quality bike apparel. I find their prices slightly high, but you can mitigate this by shopping their frequent sales or buying during the off-season. As a mountain biker much of their gear is not focused towards my riding discipline, but what is I have found to be very high quality, with smart features (such as built-in lens-cleaning clothes) and high-quality materials/sewing. If you can wait for a sale I find their clothing to be the best quality/value combination out there.
