I first heard of Pactimo through my local club who purchased custom kit a couple years ago. I have had some difficulty with bibs in the past, struggling with chamois that did not cause saddle sore problems on long days, and actually had a couple of surgeries for saddle sore issues. The Pactimo bibs were an instant fit for me and continue to be to this day. I know that bib and chamois fit is a very personal issue for most of us. One size doe not fit all. But my current favorite (even better than that first MacGregor kit from a few years ago) is the new Stratos Cargo Bibs. I'm 5' 7" flopping north & south of 163 lbs ( 170cm, 74kg). I ordered size L bibs thinking they might be "swimmy" but they were snug in all the right places, and the chamois is the most comfortable I have found in many years... even better than Assos. I highly recommend these bibs for comfort - whether long days or short.
