I'm 6' and 150# and the Flyte bibs are an ideal fit. They go on very snugly (even on my rather slim legs) and stay that way through the ride. The chamiois intersects perfectly with my butt and the saddle, allowing me remain constantly in one place while seated. No fidgeting. For 3+ hour rides, these are my go to bibs.
