I purchased a pair of bib tights on sale. I had purchased this item 3 other times so I assumed they would fit the same. I cut out the tags, put them on and they weren't right. The padding was in the wrong place. I figured I would have to eat the purchase, but I reached out to Pactimo customer service to see if anything could be done. They stood behind their product and exchanged the bibs for a new pair!
