I've had some issues with my local USPS over the last few months. When a package from Pactimo never arrived, they sent the order again the next day to make sure I had what I needed in time for an upcoming event (it arrived the second time!). Pactimo customer service has always been quick to respond and does right by the customer. I've been ordering from them over a decade and will continue to do so. Thanks, Pactimo!
