Pactimo product I used so far is great and experience with the company also great. The size chart seemed a little off to me but the return process was easy and I didn't have to wait for them to receive the incorrect size in order to ship out the new ones. When I first bought the shorts the website advertized 20% off if you sign up for email and sms so I did that but the code was only 10%. I messaged pactimo on a friday night and monday morning they sent me a 20% off invoice for the bibs along with an apology on the website issue. The next week there was a 40% off sale and I hadn't even received the bibs yet so I messaged Pactimo again and they gave me a coupon for the 20% difference, no questions or hassles.
