This was my first time purchasing from Pactimo. I found them by google searching for Merino Wool shirts. Even though the shirt I ordered was on backorder, Pactimo was on top of things and made sure I received what I ordered in time for a trip. I also ordered a jacket for my husband and it was too small, so I exchanged it and it got here in ample time. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
