Both the Storm+Arm Warmers and Leg Warmers are very well made and comfortable. As to sizing Pactimo recommends going with one size smaller than shorts and jerseys, but I found I needed to go 2 sizes smaller. I'm 6'2", weigh 190, not real muscled in upper arms with average thighs. Use for rides that start out in the 50s F range and end up in the 60s. Very compact when removed.
