I'm 5'9 170. I ordered the Range trail shorts in XL (Normally wear LG, 34-36 Waist pants). I bought the XL becuase I like to have the shell shorts baggy. Shorts were great. I like all the pockets, belt loops.I gain and lose 10 lb.s throughout the year, so the belt is key. Fit very well on me. Would recommend these.
