Service was great -unfortunately i ordered a sale item and wanted to change sizes but that wasn't available and before I could get the next style it had sold out too. I did find it hard to determine what style was which...aero vs classic etc....but cannot fault the return and refund process. I will look at Pactimo in the future for sure
