I am 5'10" 150 lbs with 37.5 inch chest and the size medium Men's Storm+ Jacket fits great.
Originally orderd in size small and found it too tight especially under the arms. This jacket seems to run smaller than other Pactimo jackets as size small fits well for Men's Divide Wind Jacket and Men's Vertex WX-D Jacket.
