I've been disappointed enough times by gear that looks good online but falls apart after a few rides. With Pactimo, what you see is pretty much what you get. Their size charts are accurate, which is more than I can say for a lot of brands. The base layer I got does exactly what it's supposed to do - wicks sweat, fits right, hasn't started coming apart at the seams. Nothing fancy, but it works. That's honestly refreshing when so much cycling gear either overpromises or costs way more than it should.
