I like the service a lot. I've had a few problems with getting the scents I want - several times, a scent that is in my calendar is "out of stock" only a few days before its supposed to ship. I'm supposed to choose a different scent, but I don't have a lot of time to do so and the scent I want is sold out month after month. If there was a better stock of items I would say 5 stars!
