Hi we bought a sprayer to use on diluted cold bitumen mastic. Whilst we had enquired if if would do the job and were told it would, in fact it didn't. So I rang Charles and he happily refunded our payment when we returned the goods no wriggling, no unpleasantness,no problem. Any time we need something from tinternet if they stock it they are our first choice
